You can also speed up your workflow with the new multi-snap mode, allowing you to seamlessly capture and process up to 20 receipts in a single continuous session. The bulk upload is now also available for uploading photos and files on both mobile app and web.
We now fully support Mobile Device Management (MDM) systems like Intune and AirWatch for our enterprise users. This update introduces modern authentication handlers that seamlessly verify device compliance during SSO login. Employees on managed corporate devices can now securely log into the native mobile app without encountering frustrating compliance errors. Organisation admins can now see a new setting to manage auto-approvals, launching on December 17, 2026. This feature can be toggled off in advance of launch, for organisations that require mandatory manual approval for all expenses. Can be handled under Settings → Policy and approval → “Allow approves to enable automatic approva”. Not visible if all AI powered product features are disabled in the organisation.
When a new card (transaction) is delivered to the expense platform, we create a card and connect it to the employee. This is the default process to streamline the card onboarding flow, but now the customer can halt this process if they, for some reason, want to wait and handle card connection manually. These cards are listed under “Unverified cards“ and need manual attention.
To make sure we deliver a good experience for the app user, we will not open the camera view if there is a digital receipt available or if a digital receipt will be delivered shortly.
