Which card types are eligible?

For direct integrations with the card networks:

  • Mastercard: Company credit card, debit cards and personal credit cards are supported. Please note that personal debit Mastercards are not supported.

  • Visa: Our solution supports a wide range of Visa card types, including personal credit cards, personal debit cards, company credit cards, and company debit cards. 

For our direct bank or issuer integrations only company cards are eligible. See integrations here. 

In which countries are real-time transactions available?

Real-time transaction support is available in:

  • Mastercard: The European Union, United Kingdom, Norway, Switzerland, and Canada.

  • Visa: Fully functional in Sweden and the United Kingdom. It is also in beta in Norway, Denmark, Finland, Netherlands, and Germany.

  • First Card: Sweden.

  • SEB: Sweden.

  • Airplus: Norway, Denmark, Sweden, Finland.

Is transaction data from personal cards private?

Yes, the transaction data is only visible to the cardholder and will not be shared with the organisation. Only expenses that are based on a transaction and are submitted will be visible to relevant users, such as managers and administrators.
