For personal cards

  • Transactions will appear in a dedicated list within the expense management platform.
  • When ready to expense a purchase, users simply swipe or tap on the transaction
  • Add the receipt, and your expense is done.

For company cards:

  • Every purchase triggers a real-time push notification, automatically creating an expense in the platform.
  • Just snap a photo of the receipt, and it's done.

Which cards unlock this power?

We've made sure this powerful functionality extends to a broad range of cards you already use:

  • 💳 For Mastercard: This includes personal credit cards and all types of company cards – both credit and debit – for small businesses. (Please note: Personal debit cards are not supported via the Mastercard integration.)
  • 💳 For Visa: We support all types of Visa cards – whether personal credit, personal debit, company credit, or company debit. 

While this function provides instant updates for most transactions, there are a few rare instances where real-time notifications might not occur. This can happen if a specific card issuer isn't connected to, or has opted out from, the card scheme's real-time network. Other reasons might include transactions made at offline terminals that only process later, or cases where a payment goes directly through a bank's network instead of the Mastercard or Visa scheme. General processing delays or your individual notification settings could also be factors.
