Pre-release Notes | 2023-10-13

New functionality

  • In a template – The accounting country is now editable for Partner Administrators under Organization/Settings/Expense management/Reports workflow/Advanced settings.
  • We now allow up to one hour overlap between arrival and departure times. This makes it possible to submit short trips across time zones. Example: Flying from Helsinki to Stockholm takes less than an hour, but the time zones are one hour apart.
  • It is now possible to list 500 or 1000 reports per page in the report view. Keep in mind that it takes some time to fetch that many reports.
  • On an organization – The accounting country is now visible (not editable) for Partner Administrators under Organization/Settings/Expense management/Reports workflow/Advanced settings.

  • ISO20022 change: If the Signer-ID only contains a number like 15522467292, we generate CUST in the SchmeNm/CD tag. If the Signer-ID number is prefixed with four letters and a colon, like BANK:15522467292 , we generate BANK in the SchmeNm/CD tag.
  • Tink End-of-life – This function is now retired.
  • Report view / Approval Tab – We have added a new option under the three dots where you can see the Approval status of your report.

  • Simplified, auto-completing time input in allowances. Examples:
Type a single 7 and tab to next field → 07:00
Type 07 and tab to next field → 07:00
Type 073 and tab to next field → 07:30
Type 0735 and tab to next field → 07:35

Improvements

  • Improved validation of travel dates.
  • Corporate card purchases could – sometimes – have their payment type edited in the Reports view. The payment type field is now always disabled for corporate card expenses.
  • Email receipts with PDF attachments with long file names now work a lot better.
  • Message history on a rejected expense was reflected on all expenses in the report; this is now fixed.
