New functionality
- For the Netherlands - A new Commuting view for distance reporting has been added under Carbon footprint.
- Norwegian Per diem – Accommodation and salary types: You can now set specific salary types and accounts for different accommodation types. Go to Organization / Settings / Expense management / Expense categories / Per diem. Under the cogwheel icon, you will find the settings for “Deviating accounting/salary type for accommodation”.
- PDF report enhancement - Previously, when using many dimensions or long names, it was difficult to view the whole page. There is now a setting for this under Reports workflow called “Use new report preview”.
End user - Mobile apps and new web interface
- Approval - open next approval item in the list automatically to reduce clicks and smoothen the approval flow. An option is added to go to next approval item, if you are not ready to approve or reject a certain approval item just yet.
- Minor accessibility improvements related to color contrast, truncated texts and explained mandatory text indication.
- General bug fixes and consistency improvements in new web interface.
