New functionality
- For faster selection of the correct category, category groups are now listed with the most used categories first.
- API – When creating or updating a user, you can now set the option to be part of surveys or not.
- For Admins – You can now see the attachment in the Report view. For example, when the user adds six persons to the entertainment and attaches a list with the six persons, it is easy for the Admin to review the list.
- For Admins – When you edit an expense in the Report view, you will now see the account number and/or salary types in the list on the category.
- For Admins – Changing the dimension value for a subsistence allowance in the Report view is now possible.
- User view – You can now import dimension values on users.
- For Admins – It is now possible to change the dimension value for a mileage in the Report view.
Improvements
- The setting for “Send invitation email” has been changed to minimize the risk of accidentally inviting users.
- Visma Agda files were missing employee id; this is now fixed.
- Fixed a validation error on entertainment and guest lists.
- Improvements in new accounting for sending multiple reports to Fortnox Accounting.
- Automile – Fix for saving Types of trips.
- The accounting basis is now fixed for Swish, previously, it could not be rendered correctly.
